How much time after RFE?

Hello

We filled H1 Petition on 30th Aug and got RFE last week only and my employer will reply in next week.
1> How much more time they will take now to approve the petition(considering the fact that they have already taken 4+ months)?
2> Is there any rule to complete/approve the RFE petition within specific days?

3> From April 1, Petitions for new year will be getting accepted by USCIS. So, Will they have to complete/reply all the petitions of previous year Or they can continue taking their own time?

>>> It can take anywhere between 2 weeks to 2-3 months by normal process and 15 days by premium.

>>> They can take their own time. If it is past 90 days, your employer / attorney can take an infopass appointment to discuss the case with USCIS.
