Dear Sir,
I have got my approved H1B petition, which is valid till Dec 2011. I also have H1B Visa Stamped on my Passport through my previous employer, and is valid till September 2011. That bears the name of my previous employer.
Now, Do I have to take an appointment in US Embassy, New Delhi to get a new stamp on my Passport which will reflect my new employer name? Will Embassy officer refuse to stamp a new Visa, since I already have a valid visa?
Or can I travel with my existing stamped Visa along with my new approved petition? If so, will there be any issues at the port of entry in US?
Please clarify these doubts, I would really appreciate your help.
Regards,
Ashish
