Options for H4 holder

Hi There,
My wife is on H4 visa.We are planning for a working visa for her.We tried to get a project & apply for a H1 visa but H1 cap has been completed by Jan 26.Any other possibilities to get work permit for H4 holders?

Wait until next April to file the fresh H1B. She can start working from Oct 1st. Unless you have already received the EAD (through GC process) for both you and your spouse, there is no other alternative.
