Hello,
On 4th Nov I have attended H1B Visa stamping in New Delhi and has been refused to give visa on Jan 15th.
I have been working for client remotely and my client is aware of my visa refusal. Now my case has been moved to USCIS and they are reviewing my case. Can I run my paycheck on regular basis from my employer . My employer is negotiating to pay me as his attorney says not to. What are my other options now to get my money for my work done from employer?
He says he will run some corporate tax on my payroll and transfer money to my bank account. And corporate tax would be around 38%.
