Do I need my new H1B visa stamped to enter back in the US from a business trip to Brazil and Argentina - 10 days trip?
Is it advisable to travel given my PERM has been just approved and I am in process for applying for I-140 and that my current H1B expires in Oct 11?
Can I go to Mexico for visa stamping?

Background
I am in 6th year of H1B with expiry as of Oct 11. PERM has been approved for my new employer where I started recently. However new H1B is not stamped on my passport. Now I have to travel to Brazil and Argentina by end of Feb.

You need a valid H1B visa to re-enter in H1B status. If you don;t have one, then you need to get it stamped before returning back.
