L1B to H1B from the same company and H1B Transfer

Hello All

I am working for my employer on L1B in USA since last 4 years, recently my current employer has applied for my H1B. The H1B is yet to come as it was put on regular processing but in the mean time I am in the process of interviews with a new employer. My question is, If I get the job with the new employer and my H1B with the current employer is also approved at the same time, can my new employer apply for a transfer immediately or do I need to wait for 2 months with my current employer in order to have paystubs on my new H1B. Please note that I am already working with my current employer for last 4 years and have W2s and latest paystubs on L1B from my current employer.
