Hi,

I am having valid H1 B . If I Loose this job. How long I can stay in US? The H1 B is with this company only.

There is no grace period. If you quit or get fired, you need to leave the country immediately or you will be accumulating out of status on your current status (provided your I-94 is valid) or illegal stay (provided your I-94 will expire). If you file a transfer before your last day with the current employer, then you can work for the new employer once you receive the receipt notice for the transfer.
