H1 Transfer

My current employer applied for H1 EXT on last May 2010 and its got approved(valid upto 2012). VISA stamping has not been done. I left US on May 2010. Can I do H1 Transfer to another company B from India?.

Yes. Company B can apply a new H1B petition using the CAP from Company A's petition. If that gets approved, then you can use that petition along with a valid H1B visa to enter U.S and work for Company B.
