Documents required to Travel to India

I am on H1 visa. Recently i have applied for H1 visa extension, the visa got extended till 2013 and got new I94.

My wife is now travelling to India this weekend, she is on H4, she travelling to India via Dubai and San Francisco,CA.

Does she required to carry any documents? is anyone ask her to show any documents like petetion or I 797 etc.. in SFO, CA or Dubai Airport?

She does not have to show anything.
Has her Visa expired? If so she will have to apply for it on her trip.
Did she file an I-539 to extend her status also?
