i - 94 expired

I have a complex situation here.

H1 B employer A visa/i-94 are till july 31st 2010
employer A applied for extension and got an RFE and RFE is addressed
which was pending.

Meanwhile I moved to employer B for 4 month project
so employer B applied H1 Transfer in sep 2010

while working for employer B , employer A h1 extension approved and I dint get documents as I resigned it.

I continued working for employer B for project A (4 months) till dec 2010 and changed project B with employer B.

now my H1 transfer got minor RFE that some doc was missing and my employer addressed it and waiting for approval.

Now I have an emergency to travel to india on march 12th and have questions

1) since My I-94 expired can I travel to india, what docs I need to show in airport security while returning my I-94....?
2) will there be any more RFE as I am no more with Project A.
3) while appearing to visa interview and coming back is there any forms I need to fill

please help me ASAP.

It is advised that you avoid any travel until your petition is pending.
You don't have to do anything special because your I-94 expired.
