Filing 2 COS :L1-H1 ?

Say, I work for Company A in US on L1B visa expiring Nov 2011.

If Company A applies for my new h1 this April and also I find a company B who are willing to File for my new h1 this April, Then

Oct 2011 it will be COS for both H1, but on which H1 will I be. If I continue to work for Company A, is it okay?

As both h1 will apply for COS as I am in USA , will it be issue?

No issues. If both the H1B petitions gets approved (with new I-94), then you get to choose the employer.
