Hi,
I am currently working and my current status is OPT extension which will be expired by this March 22nd, already my employer filed my H-1 Petition in Dec 2010 but since there was no change in the case status my employer has applied for the premium process on my H-1 case. Now I have heard that the premium cases are also moving very slow. My question is if by chance I donot hear from USCIS before my OPT Expires can I still continue my job as usual? And the same question can I continue with my job if the case is still pending due to a query? I have provided to USCIS with all the letters (client & vendor).
