hi shervin,
i have filled new H1 after my application has been submitted to USCIS now i do have following question for my H4:
Have you even been refused a US visa, been refused admission to the us or withdraw your application for admission at the point of entry?
my answer will be yes for me (h1) and explaination would be "we could not prove Employee-Employer relationship".
So what would be answers of same question for my dependents as they were there with me in last interview.
