Change of Employer (H1 Transfer)

After how many days can file for the H1b Transfer.

Suppose at present I work with employer "A”, so after how many days it is advisable to go for H1b Transfer to start with employer “B”.

Is there is any suggested time frame for h1b transfer. Is there is any limit for h1b transfer.

There is no such time limit. You can go for the transfer anytime as long as you are maintaining your H1B status.

no time limit with valid h1 status. And you need 2-3 recent paystubs from current employer while transfering to new employer.
