H1 extension

Hi All

I applied for H1 extension on sep 22 at VSC this is my third H1 extension with I-140 approved .Still the case status is inital review.Have anyone got approval who filed in sept 2010 .

Any answers appreciated.

Hi Chinnuv,

I applied for my H1 (this is not extension, but i got it transferred from F1 to H1) by October 2010 and without the premium application the expected result date was somewhere in March 2011.

As for me, i will suggest you to do an inquiry at the USCIS or ask your employer to forward the application as a premium. (i guess there is premium application for the H1 extension).

I got my H1 approved in just two weeks with the premium application.
