Hi

My L1 B blanket petition was rejected.

I know I cannot apply for L1 again for another 6 months.

Is this gap applicable for H1 as well?

No. You can file H1B anytime. If the reason for the L1 blanket rejection is not you, then you can also ask your employer to try for L1 individual.
