H1B renewal and transfer

Hi Team,

I have a H1B issued by a company A in India. But I have never travelled as the project got cancelled. Now my H1B visa got expired in Sep 2010.

Can I renew my visa and apply for H1 transfer from a company B, for which I am working presently?

H-1B transfer to H-4 and then to H-1B

Presently i am on H-1B, my visa will be expiring this September. This is my sixth year of work visa.
I have a question, is anyway i can transfer my visa to H-4 (dependent) on my spouse's H-1B for one year, and apply for new H-1B in April,2012 without leaving USA.

No. If that was a case, everyone will be doing just that. You have to be physically out of U.S for 1 whole year to get a fresh 6 year term on a new CAP.
