H1b Transfer Question

Hi,

My I-797C was approved in NOV 2010, I went for stamping in DEC 2010 and got it stamped my visa expires onJuly 2013.

Can I get my current visa transfered to another company if i can manage to get a job in it?

PS: I havent been to US yet and and have a valid h1b visa.
