I'm a H1b worker. Right now I'm in 7th year extension. My visa expires on June 4th 2005. I'll get my 8th year extension visa around that time only. I would like to visit India around august. My question is can I still get an appointment using my current visa. Because while getting the appointment we should give the petition expiry date also, right.
And other thing is while filling out the appointment form, there is a column to enter the "present residential address" in india. Should I give india address or can I give US address. Also there is a column like "country of residence" and also there is an option to click any country. I'm confused whether to give indian address and to select country as US or to give US address.... Please help me. Thanx in advance
