I started with my current job in 2007. and it was like me> my employer> middle company> direct vendor> client.
In 2010 direct vendor and middle company had issues and they broke up, by my actual vendor company and the real client wanted me as I possess a significant role in this project, so per their direction my employer had to go through another company and work with the same vendor company.
But, I got summons from court, stating that the middle company filed case aganst me for continuing in same project with another company.
They also included copy of 4 page statements with my signature, which i don't remember honestly.
Evenif that statements with my signature are real, will it be valid as I am being on H1B.
