H4 Documents Query- Urgent
Hi,
I recently got H1 visa stamped and am travelling to US in Apr 3rd week. I am going through a consultant.My daughter and my wife are planning to go for H4 stamping in Apr 2nd week. So what documents should they take. As I will be here how can they show my paystubs and IT returns. Is it mandatory to show the paystubs and IT returns even though I havent gone to US still.Also is it mandatory for Offer letter from the employer or the offer letter from the consultant is ok. Please guide us.
