H1B multi transfer

Hi

I am on H1B visa and it expired on Mar 2011 from the employer A.
I have applied H1B transfer from employer B through normal process on Jan 2011 itself.
Currently I have H1B transfer receipt copy only.I have got Rfe recently for this.I dont know ,how long it will take to approve.
under this suituation,can I apply for new H1B transfer to employer C with premium processing.Bcous I am not interested to work with employer B.
Please advice me.I am confused totally.

H1B Transfer Pending --Bridging

I have gone through some forums about bridging.but I want to know whether
I have to wait for h1b transfer approval from employer B or I can apply for new H1B transfer through premium process based on the H1B receipt copy.
Please give me some advice.bcous I have take immediate action.
