New Job H-1 Transfer Issues

Hi Experts,

I request you to please clarify my following issue:

My Situation: I am on H-1 in US working at a client location. My employer is a top 3 Indian IT services organization. Out of 6 years, I have consmed 2.5 years. My extension is due as my present I-94 expires on June 15th, 2011. My company has filed for H-1 extension. I just learnt that I received an RFE. I have to respond to that RFE in 15 days

Meanwhile: I got a job offer from a US employer. I am very interested in joining that firm.

My question:

Does my present RFE from my current employer, impact H-1 transfer process to my new employer?
