Regular processing H1 change of employer

Hi folks,
I am working on H1 visa and currently in process of changing my employer.
Today, My new employer informed me that they have filed, H1 change of employer petition, under regular processing.

Can someone please tell me, how soon i can start working for new employer?
Is it, as soon as i get H1 acknowledgement receipt ?

If yes,then how soon i can get that acknowledgement receipt, under regular processing ?

Please share your knowledge on this.
