Visa Stamping after H1 transfer

Hi
I am planning to join a new company and after around 2 weeks of joining the new company i will be going to India. During which time i need to get my visa stamped before returning. I would like to know whether there will be any issues when i go to visa stamping immediately after joining a new company.
Please advice.
