H1B Premium Processing

Hi All,

I applied my H1B extension through a normal procedure and got RFE recently. My Question is Can I reply to RFE and change it to Premium Processing at the same time.
Also can I reply to RFE normally and then change to Premium Processing later if we dont get a reply on time.

Your employer can respond to RFE and upgrade to premium at the same time or later.
