    H1B visa stamp expired

    My visa stamp expired in Feb2010 but my I797 and I94 is valid until Oct2012. I am currently working in US and would like to go for visa stamp now. Can I go to Tijuana or Toronto for visa stamp?

      Just want to make sure if it will be considered a renewal of visa or new stamp since visa has been expired for more than 12 months now.
