Hi All,

I am going to india for H1B stamping in this month of May. In 2009 i got arrested for selling minor to alcohol and they also took my finger print. So i am in dillema while filling up DS160 form they ask about have you been arrested or convicted for misdemeanor? So do i have to write yes or no for this question?

Their system is showing what record i dont know.

If anybody can give suggestion as early as possible then that will be great help for me.

Yes, you need to fill the form truthfully. If caught for misrepresentation, that could be a ban for life.
