H4 is allowed to study in U.S. So, there is no need for you to lie in DS-160. Any false information in DS-160 can lead to a ban. -
Query regarding DS 160
Hi,
I am on H4 and doing my MBA from USA also on H4. While I came to USA I had not got admission into the university hence nothing was mentioned on my last interview. But this time while filling up DS 160 there is a field which asks for H4's current work\school information. Should I mention my status as Home maker or student ? And what would the consequences of writing either ? Any insight would be really appreciated.
