H1 ext got rejected H4 applying

Hi All,

I came to India for H1 extension and got 221 g.My Visa got rejected due to multiple layers. My Husband is working in USA on H1. I am applying for H4 now.

Can I know what type of questions are expected and any documents do I need to carry extra in this situation.
Is there any problems on H4? Please share the information in this case.

Normally there should not be any problem with H4. You should answer previous Visa denial questions in DS 160 truthfully.

How come you know that it was rejected due to multiple layers.

You work on E-V-V-C model?

I work on E-V-V-C model too.

I was given 221 g yellow form to submit contract between employer and client.
