Hi,
I have two petitions active concurrently.
1. From Employer X - Valid until 2013
2. From Employer Y - Valid until 2014
Currently I am in India, but I have entered US using both these petitions one after another.
From Employer X, I worked there for 6.5 months then came back to India after that using Employer Y petition I entered US for 5 days and came back to INDIA.
Now company Z wants to transfer my petition will there be any problem at that point of time?
