H1 Extension with Client Letter and change of project

I am currently on H1B with E-C model, I have applied for my extension with Client Letter stating one project. As I need to move to different project and location for the same client, would it be any issue for my extension or prior inquires?

If the work location is different, then a new LCA and a H1B amendment is required.
