H1b change of employer - reentry to USA
I am an Indian citizen currently on a H1B visa. I recently changed jobs, and got my I-797 approved, which will be valid for the next 3 years. However my current VISA stamping is from the old employer and will expire in the month of August this year. I will be traveling to India with my wife in June and will be back in 15 days. Do I need to get a new VISA due to change of jobs for reentry to the US?
On a related note, my passport will expire at the end of September this year, and I have already renewed it.
