H1 & L1 Simultaneously

Hi ,

I have a question regarding applying to both H1 B and L1B simultaneously.

My present company is starting my L1B processing. At the same time another company (XYZ) is starting my H1B processing for 2011 quota which will have interviews in oct-nov timeframe of 2011. I am giving all the documents for H1B soon, and hence they will file it as soon as i give it to them.

At the same time, my present company(ABC) is starting my L1 B and in another month i may have the L1B. As soon as i get, i need to travel and before october i may be in US for some 2-3 months.

1. So first of all, can i get L1B visa when my H1B is applied ?
2. Can i go to US for 2-3 months on L1B and come back to India for H1B interview ?
3. Will it have any impact if the L1 is filed before H1B ?
