H1b visa

Hi,

I was contacted through mail by an US company for offering employment after going through my CV. No telephonic conversations happened. They said i have to pay all the visa fees & will refund once employed.

Can I treat this is a genuine case. How to verify the US employer?
What are the chances of getting H1B VISA approval?
Whether the total H1B VISA fees (approx $2200) is payable at the time of application itself?

Can any one guide pls.

Paying for your own H1B is illegal. H1B fees should be taken care by the employer. There are lot of small companies involved in immigration fraud. In such case, there is no way to get the money back. Will any genuine company offer you a job without a proper job interview? Act wisely.
