Duration for H1 Filing to get Petition

Hi,

My employer will file H1 Visa for me in this week. I am currently in India.
Can someone guide me how much time it take for File H1 Visa and get Approved petition (considering there is no RFE? I been hearing different durations like 3 months to 2 weeks. So just wanted to confirm.

Anywhere between 1-3 months by normal process and 15 days by premium.
