H4 to H1 process

Hai Now i am on H4. I want to change H4 to H1. Can you tell me the process and fee for this?

Find an employer who can sponsor you the H1B (Meaning, who can hire you under their payroll). Only the employer can file the H1B petition. The fee structure differs from one type of employer to another. The complete fee structure is listed in the USCIS.gov website under the instruction to complete form I-129. The H1B filing fee should be taken care by the employer and it is illegal for you to pay for your own H1B petition.
