Change from H4 to F1 (with prior history of F1)

Hi,
My wife has an H4 visa status. She had done MS a few years before marriage and then went back to India (Her F1 is valid till 2013). Now she is here and wants to do an MBA - which means to get into F1 status again. Is this possible. Can anyone switch from F1 to H4 and then again to F1. Any advise will be helpful
