While tranferring from H1 to H4 the US consulate stamped my H1 visa with cancelled without prejuidce. Will this be an issue while tranferring from H4 to H1 again?
What does cancel without prejudice mean?
Not an issue. That means you cannot use that H1B visa anymore to travel to U.S. If you want to enter U.S in H1B status, then you need to get the H1B stamped again. If you enter U.S in H4 visa, then your status will become H4 and you cannot work.
Not a legal advice. Use of this information is strictly at your own risk.
