Double Bachelors-Equivalent to US Bachelors Degree?

Dear All,

I have obtained my B.A hons in political science(3years) from University of Calcutta and then LL.B (3 years) from the University of Delhi.

Do I suffice the equivalent of US Bachelors Degree for filing the H1B?

Please help.

No, you need a 4 year degree. But having 2 degrees combined may satisfy. You may need an educational evaluation.
