Here's my case - any input would be appreciated
1. Can i switch from non exempt organization ( private companies) to exempt organization(university) and then back to Non exempt organization( health care sector)
Oct 2004 - got my first H1b ( and this was subject to cap) - non exempt organization
Oct 2006 - changed employers ( H1 transfer - non exempt organization)
Mar 2009 - changed employer ( h1 transfer - non exempt organization )
Sep 2009 - changed employer ( h1 transfer - exempt organization) - University
June 2011 - WAITING TO CHANGE EMPLOYERS - H1b transfer to NON exempt organization
Based on all this i am still assuming that the answer is YES and i can start the day the h1b gets approved without waiting for the cap or Oct 1 2011
Also basically what i am trying to get to is - as i was already counted against cap - i dont have to be counted against it again to start my employment in next month
also my labor, 140 is approved and 485 pending since 2007 july
