Hello everyone,
I need to visit India by Dec 2011 and will need a visa stamp to get back here. Recently I have heard so many people having issues and delays in getting their H1 B stamped. My petition has been approved till 2013 March and I work as a full time employee so would not required any docs such as client letters. I had a DUI though in 2008 November so they can put me thru to a medical test even though the law says medical test is mandatory with in 3 years of DUI incident. Based on these what would be the risk of me traveling to India?
Will I be asked for a medical test/further documents?
If I plan to be in India for a month will that be enough for this?
Any idea when Mumbai Consulate at Bandra will start operations?
