resignation and Relieving letter from Employer for h4 interview

I am stuck in india for 5 months after i got 221g in my interview. Now my case is sent to USCIS. I got married recently and planning to attend H4 interview on 11th July. I am planning to take a resignation letter and relieving letter from my employer so that i can show to VO .

My question is can i take the letters based on today's date?

Such letters are not required. If you have resigned and the VO asks about it, you can answer truthfully.
