H1 transfer Pls. advice ASAP

Hi,
I came US on H1 B thru company A in Nov,2004 . Company B filed a H1 transfer application in March 05 . I quit company A and joined B in Apr 1st . Transfer application is still not approved but I received receipt no. Now comapny C is interested in my profile and offering very good position . Can they file Transfer application . for info. I havent got any pay stubs from Company B as yet . Can Company C file H1 b transfer with pay stubs of Comp. A?

Pls. advise ASAP as I need to take decision
