Will i be stopped at the port of entry for having only 1 month valid H1B ?

Hi All,

My H1B visa is about to expire in September. I' am planning to go to India for about 15 days. Some of my friends said me that i might get stopped for having only one month valid H1B (they say visa should be more than 3 or 6 months valid) at the port of entry when i return back from india into the US some time in August. Please help me out.

That alone will not cause denial of entry. However, in consulting type positions there is always a risk of extra scrutiny.
