H1b extension dates of intended employment

Hello,

My Current H1B valid dates are as follows: 10/01/2009 to 11/15/2011. I am applying for my H1B extension soon. I have an approved i-140 petition from the same employer. The new requested dates for the intended employment are as follows: 11/16/2011 to 11/15/2014. Is this correct ?

Yes, your employer can request up to 3 years as extension. Whether USCIS will approved it for 3 straight years or not is nobody's guess.

11/16. It should be the day next to your current I-94 expiry date.
