H1B Consultants for Mechanical,Hydraulics, Control Systems,PLC

Hi,

I have a friend of mine in Spain. He is struggling hard to get job in crisis hit Spain. He have sound knowledge in Assembly line, Regulation and control systems,Hydraulics,pneumatic,Program SCADA (Wonderware) ,automata (Allen BRADLEY / Siemens) and quality systems.

He is expert in automatic systems of regulation and control. He is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Arabic.

Please let me know if we have any H1B consultants who can sponsor him ? If yes, then please get back to me. I know we have 1000's of sponsors for IT, but not sure if there is anyone out there sponsoring such guys.

Any inputs are highly appreciated.
