  • fulltime background check

    hi,

I have worked with Employer A until 30th Sep 2008.
The extension with Employer A was pending at that time ,
because of uncertainity with Extension, I left them, sending resignation
    notice on 1st oct 2008.

Later I started working with Employer B (Vendor of A) from
    1st Oct 2008.

Subsequently, my H1B extension with Employer A was denied from Oct 1st 2008 and Employer B approved from Oct 1st 2008.

Employer A never approached me to pay liquidated damages.

Now, I am about to get into a big company C. During the background check process of hiring company,

If the Employer A gives wrong feedback

    A) Will be given a chance to explain background checking company by showing w2 or payslips...
    B) Would this be a flag ?
    C) What happens if he says eligible to hire as 'NO'
Or I will be turned down.

    Thanks

These are just civil matters that you have to take up with your new employer. Yes, pay slisp are W2 can prove your employment. You can also give references of colleagues from the previous employment.
