7th year extension documents

Hi

My 6 years on H1B is getting expired on Sep 2005. As such I would like to
know what documents do I need to submit in addition to the usual documents
for the 7th year extension. My labor certification was applied in August
2004. What kind of documents are required to show that I have a pending
green card application for more than a year.

I would appreciate any help.
