H4 Visa Stamping

Hello,

My wife attended Visa interview for H4 at the New Delhi consulate on July 14th'2011 and was issued a green 221g and was asked to submit all the documents ticked on the 221g form. Once they verify it, they will ask for her passport
All the documents were submitted on July 21st'2011 and she received an email today, July 27th asking her to submit the passport via VFS.

Any idea how much time the stamping takes in such a scenario??

No one can predict. If the admin processing is completed and if everything is clear, then it would take about 2 weeks to get the passport back.
